This was printed into almost every booster, so one copy is bulk. In Black Bolt this copy is numbered 20 of 86 and marked Common with art by Yukihiro Tada. The card is Palpitoad, a Stage 1 Water Pokémon carrying 90 HP. Its place in the evolution line is between Tympole and Seismitoad. A guaranteed Near Mint copy is the only version worth pricing alone; the rest is lot material.
