It was one of the most heavily printed cards in the set. In Surging Sparks this copy is numbered 81 of 191 and marked Common. Sigilyph is a Basic Psychic Pokémon that lists 110 HP on the card. Double Draw needs Colorless to fire. Grading one makes no financial sense, and the figures above show why.
