Terms of Use

By using Pokefoil you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Prices are estimates, not offers

Pokefoil publishes market price information for Pokemon cards. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell a card, and we do not sell cards or process transactions.

Third-party data

Prices are derived from third-party marketplace data and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any figure is current or correct.

Your own judgment

Any buying, selling, or insurance decision is yours. Confirm a live listing price before acting on a number you see here.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, crawl, or otherwise load the site in a way that abuses it — for example with automated requests that degrade service for other visitors. Normal browsing, linking, and search engine indexing are welcome.

Intellectual property

The site's layout, text, and original data presentation belong to Pokefoil. Pokemon and related card data belong to their respective owners; Pokefoil is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Data attribution is described in our disclosure.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Pokefoil is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its prices.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
