How much is my Pokemon card worth?

Search the card's name or the number printed in the bottom corner, then pick the matching set. You'll see the current market price for each condition. Most cards sell for far less than the chase cards from the same set, so check the exact version you own.

How do I look up a Pokemon card by its card number?

The number sits at the bottom of the card, for example 066/128. Type it into the search box, with or without the Pokemon's name, and pick the set from the list. Numbers above the set total, like 276/217, are secret rares and usually priced higher.

Why does condition change a card's price so much?

Buyers pay for clean corners, edges, and surfaces. A Near Mint copy and a Heavily Played copy of the same card can have very different prices, so the checker shows each condition on its own line.

Where do these prices come from and how often are they updated?

Prices are TCGplayer market prices built from completed sales, refreshed once a day, and each result shows the date it was last updated. They show what copies are selling for, not what a local shop will offer you.

Is the Pokemon card value checker free?

Yes. You don't need an account, and there is no limit on searches.
